What counts as a listing?

A listing is a published role — once you approve a draft and it goes live for candidates, that counts toward your tier’s allowance. Drafts don’t count. If a listing doesn’t fill, you still used the listing slot — same as posting a job ad anywhere else.

What if my hire doesn't work out?

90-day replacement guarantee. If a hire leaves within 90 days of their confirmed start date, you can publish a replacement listing at no overage charge. Matches the typical recruiter market norm.

Can I cancel anytime?

Growth and Business on monthly billing — cancel anytime, the subscription runs to end of the paid period. Starter is free, so there’s nothing to cancel — if you don’t need the product, just stop using it.

Are SEEK / LinkedIn fees included?

No. You pay job-board listing fees (SEEK is ~$300–500 per ad) directly to the job board on your own account. We don't mark these up.

What if I don't hire anyone in a month?

Your subscription continues — this is access pricing, not usage pricing. The per-listing overage fee only applies when you publish above your tier’s annual allowance. Most customers stay well within their included listings and never see an overage charge.

What's the AI costing me?

AI usage is included on every plan, including free Starter. We absorb the AI cost ourselves. You won't see metered AI charges on your bill.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Any time, prorated. Move up when you outgrow a tier; move down at renewal if usage drops.

How does the free Starter listing work?

Every company gets one free listing on Starter, lifetime. We dedupe at the ABN level — you can’t spin up multiple free orgs with different emails. After your free listing, you can pay a one-off overage ($1,800 per extra listing) or move to Growth for ongoing hiring. The free listing doesn’t expire on a timer — take 3 months to publish if you need to.
