Common questions

What does 'free first hire' actually mean?

Every plan includes one free hire per organisation, lifetime. You pay your subscription from day 1, but the per-hire overage fee (if you exceed your included quota) is waived for the first confirmed hire. It's not a 14-day trial — the credit lasts until you use it.

Do I have to use AI for everything?

No. The hiring manager is in control at every consequential decision — shortlist approval, interview decision, finalist pick, hire confirmation. AI handles the structural work (drafting, scoring, scheduling, summarising) but never makes the final call.

How is this different from Workable / Employment Hero / SEEK?

Workable and Employment Hero are applicant tracking systems built for recruiting teams — they assume someone whose job is recruiting will operate the tool. We're built for hiring managers running the process themselves, with the AI doing what the recruiter would have done. SEEK is a job board — it places the ad, but you still do all the hiring yourself afterward.
